I would rank intellicad as good as autocad ver. 12 stability wise and just short of being as productive and customizable as acad 2000. Intellicad packages remind me of what would happen if autocad rel 12 for windows was open sourced and forked into a the general direction of autocad 2000 by a large consortium that lacks the ability to force innovative features.
